TO ORDER

When you make a purchase via our webshop, our webshop conditions apply.

PAY

PAYMENT METHOD
You can pay via our webshop with iDeal or credit card. You can also place an order via the contact form and then pick it up in our store. We are open on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Kroezekampweg 1A, 7021HL in Zelhem.

POSTAGE COSTS
The shipping costs per order within the Netherlands are 6.99 euros.

DELIVERy

DELIVERY TIME
Since we have a small team, it is difficult for us to ship orders every day. That is why we ship all webshop orders every week on Friday. If you place your order before 4:00 PM on Thursday, it will be shipped on Friday. You will often receive your order on Saturday. You will receive a Track & Trace code from PostNL with which you can track the order.

AGE VERIFICATION
Please note: due to the applicable alcohol limit, the order will only be delivered to the person who placed the order, after an age check has been carried out. If you are not present at the expected time of delivery to receive your order, you can provide an adjusted time via the Track & Trace code. Deliveries that cannot be delivered will be returned to us.

RETURN POLICY

THINKING TIME
You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt. To return your order, send an email to info@distilleerderijdebronckhorst.nl with the following information: your name, order number, order date and the product you wish to return.

PROCEDURE
The costs for returning are at your own expense. You can return your order in our store or by shipping to the following address:

Please note: when you return your order, please also provide your details (name, order number, order date) with the returned products. This way we know which order the return belongs to and we can quickly refund your payment.

REFUND
The purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded to your account within 14 days (if you paid via iDeal or credit card). If you paid in cash or if you wish, the payment can also be returned in cash.

OTHER
We do our best to package all orders with love and attention. If something went wrong or you have another complaint, you can email info@distilleerderijdebronckhorst.nl.
